Mr. Hennessy was previously a shareholder at Springer Bush & Perry P.C. and Of Counsel at Keevican Weis Bauerle & Hirsch LLC.

Mr. Hennessy’s practice is focused on state and federal court litigation, arbitration and mediation. He has litigation experience in the areas of franchising, intellectual property, contracts, construction, commercial collections, technology, civil antitrust, zoning and land use, insurance and other commercial issues. Mr. Hennessy also counsels business owners in areas such as business formation, structure and start-up, compliance, contracts, financing, acquisitions, mergers, corporate affairs and technology issues.

A long-time Pittsburgh resident, Mr. Hennessy is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh and Duquesne University School of Law where he served on the Law Review. He is a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association.

Mr. Hennessy is active in the community, having served as a youth travel league soccer coach (girls and boys), youth league soccer referee, legal counsel (pro bono) and Board member of a daycare center, Board member, Vice President and President of the Unitarian Universalist Church of the South Hills where he also serves as Co-Chairman of the Facilities, Finance and Strategic Planning Committees, and a Board member of City Theater.
